This 1850m3 giant chalet like villa's interior is according the glossy Avenue in those days.
The villa is super quiet, with all privacy in the middle of about 10.000m2 dunes, circa 3000 or 5000, to negotiate according price, in private, and within walking distance for schools and the shopping centre.

The architect of this dune-villa is, passed away Onno van de Berg. He was an addict of Mies van der Rohe and built the house according van der Rohe's vision with the measurement of a stone as a module. This means building the house with stones without cutting a stone.

Later on rebuilt parts of the house was by Peter Vöge, architect,teacher on Rietveld Academie Amsterdam and write of the books "Chairs" and "Rietveld Furniture"
