Geoffrey Harcourt (*1935) Great Britain Harcourt attended technical college in High Wycombe and studied at the Royal College of Art in London. In 1962, he joined the Artifort Design Group, working primarily from his studio in Benson, Oxfordshire. In the 1970s, Harcourt produced a variety of furniture, including several multi-purpose seating systems, the likes of which had never been produced before. His outstanding pieces were widely used in public spaces such as airport departure lounges. In the 1980s, he began working on office furniture, designing conference chairs and office chairs. His contribution was eventually recognized by the British design establishment, where he won the Royal Design for Industry Award in 1978.

BeBoB was founded with a focus on recycling and started as a foundation, not profit-based.
For almost 40 years, it has specialised in collecting and selling midcentury design, focussing on the right matches more than how to get the best profit.
BeBoB charges reasonable prices for vintage and collector’s items.

Vintage Prices are approximately 35% to 65% of the new-to-order price, if items are still new in production. If not anymore in production they become collectibles.
Collectibles are also the original pieces from the design period of the items, which are still in production and are more expensive, but often a good investment out of scarcity.
